SECRETS OF SUCCESSFUL WEIGHT LOSS AND MAINTENANCE

EVERY DAY-

1. Sleep 8 hours

2. Eat breakfast

3. Walk briskly 60 minutes

4. Write down what you eat

5. Weight yourself daily.

6. Find support.

7. Never give up.

I would add to number 2, have protein in the morning. Avoid sweet or carbohydrate-based breakfasts.
